Congratulations to our wrestling team on a great 2019-2020 season, especially our 3 state state qualifiers Nick Ward, Walker Martin and Javin Hackett. This past weekend they competed at the state championships. Nick and Walker finished in the top 8, and Javin Hackett was our only podium finisher with a 4th place finish.
The Socastee wrestling team traveled to Hanahan High School on Saturday for the Hawk Invitational. The invitational was an individual bracketed tournament where eac wrestler earned point for their team as well. The Braves finished 4th as a team.
