Multiple Teams · Socastee Athletics Support Flood Relief

Socastee High School and its Athletics Programs in cooperation with Socastee’s DECA club will  be collecting donations this week to help families in our community who were affected by Hurricane Matthew and the flooding that resulted from it.  We will be collecting donations at the Homecoming Football Game this Friday against South Florence, at 7:30.  We feel that there is no better way to show our motto “Once a Brave, Always a Brave” than by giving back to those in need to our Community.  We will be taking donations of Food, Clothes, Paper Products, Cleaning Supplies, Monetary Donations and anything else that may help those in our community get back on their feet after the recent disaster.  There will be a tent and trailer where you can donate the supplies. Additionally, the Lacrosse Programs and Girls Tennis will be donating the proceeds from the 50/50 raffle towards the Flood Relief.  We are asking for your help!  Please Bring any donation to the Football game this Friday, and we will distribute it to families in our community!  Thank you in advance for your help!

Supplies that are requested for flood relief efforts:

Clorox, Clorox Wipes, Paper Towels, Shop Towels, Rags, Buckets, Windex, Clorox Cleanup, Mops, Brooms, Rakes, Laundry Detergent, Garage Bags (Heavy Duty), Gloves, Masks, Fans, Toilet Paper, and Toiletries.  Any donations of water and food will also be welcome!  Thanks again for your support!

If you cannot make it to the game and still want to donate, please drop any donation off to the Athletics Office at Socastee High School, and we will help to distribute it to families in our area.
